I have been using the serum and moisturizer for a week and a half and thus far I am pretty impressed with the results I have received. My favorite product in this line, hands down, is the serum. It is fantastic! I use it every night and morning and my skin is firmer and smoother. Also after applying the serum at night and waking up in the morning, my face looks well rested and relaxed. I apply the serum alone at night and I apply it under the Lumene Vitamin C Day Cream with SPF 15 (SPF 15 is a must!) in the morning. The serum quickly absorbs into my skin and I only need a few drops to cover my face and neck. What I love most about Lumene products and especially this serum is that it does not break out my skin. I have super sensitive skin and I try many products and 50% of them will break me out. I can TRULY say that Lumene products have never caused one blemish on my skin. (Knock on wood) In my book this is huge!

The Excellnet Future Deep Repairing Cream is very thick, so you only need a small amount to moisturize your face. I only use it sparingly and not every night. The Day Cream with SPF 15 works better for me.

Hot Drugstore Find of the Week: Johnson's Body Care Be Radiant Cocoa & Shea Butter Lotion

I have been using Johnson's Body Care Be Radiant Cocoa & Shea Butter Lotion since I hosted the Johnson's Body Care Cause Party. After 2 months of use, this lotion has become my household lotion of choice. Except luxe baby, everyone in the luxe family uses it! What I love most about this lotion is that it is very moisturizing. It is very creamy yet it absorbs into your skin quickly, so you never have that greasy feeling. Also I love that I only have to apply it one time and my skin stays moisturized all day long. But the best thing about this lotion is that it makes my skin so soft. I love that! The scent is very pleasant and it is infused with Cocoa and Shea Butter. This lotion also claims to visibly even skin tone and texture. I can't attest to whether it is visibly evening out my skin tone, but my skin texture has improved. My skin is very smooth and soft to the touch. My husband loves it! He uses it all the time!

I Need This in My Life: Christian Louboutin Pumps!

After reading my blog, I am sure many of you know about my Christian Louboutin obsession. Purchasing a pair is actually one of my personal goals this year. Believe me I am working hard towards that goal! LOL! These shoes are a work of art. The quality is outstanding and in my humble opinion, they make all woman look tall and beautiful. A must for any Diva!

Pro Silk Ceramic Mini-Flat Iron: For the hard to reach places!

Recently I was given the opportunity to try Pro Silk's Ceramic Mini-Flat Iron. As I previously reported, I try not to use a flat iron on a regular basis. However, if my blow out starts to puff out and I need to smooth the edges or if I want a little body, I will use one.

The heat was hot enough to get the job done quickly. In addition, the small size allowed me to get all the edges and not so straight parts with ease. After using this flat iron, I felt confident that I had a decent hairstyle. Divas I tell ya this is the perfect flat iron for smoothing and maintaining straight styles. I did attempt to create a curl with this iron and that was a no go. The iron is too small for that! LOL! But for straightening, it is genius.

Farrah Fawcett: The Original Blonde Bombshell

Farrah Fawcett was unbelievably beautiful and she only got better with age! What did we love most about Farrah? Well look at that hair..Amazing! It was so thick and lush and feathered! Even in her 60s, her hair was still gorgeous. Some people just got it like that! I loved watching her as a child on Charlie's Angels. Her character was so fierce and fly. Plus she wore the cutest outfits! Gorgeous Farrah with the trademark hair and style..A true style icon! She will be missed!

Friday: The King of Pop, The Blonde Bombshell, and Indigo Blue

I hope Friday is better than Thursday. Yesterday we lost two pop culture icons...Farrah Fawcett and Micheal Jackson. They were both loved and will be missed. A luxetips tribute is coming soon.

Yesterday I discussed the Indigo Blue eyeshadow that is part of Lancome's new Declaring Indigo Fall Collection. However I did not include a picture. Well here you go! I must and will have this eyeshadow. I can truly say I have never seen anything like it! Fab!

Lancôme's Declaring Indigo Fall Color Collection!

My favorite luxe beauty brand has done it again...created a collection that is luxurious, beautiful, and fabulous! Lancome's new Declaring Indigo Collection, which has not hit the stores yet, features beautiful shades of electric blue, reds, and golds! Although, I am totally loving Summer right now, just saying these colors has me dreaming of cashmere scarves and 4 inch suede boots! But I digress. LOL!

Right now everyone is obsessing over the electric blue vernis nail color, Indigo Paris. I can't wait to rock this color..of course when I am not working. How gorgeous is this color?


But I am a true eyeshadow junkie and I am too eager to get my hand on the electric blue eye shadow. The color is insane! Very intense and beautiful! This is the perfect shade to wear on a hot date or attending a charity ball! Swoon! Swoon!
