Living in fear is not living at all.
I am always up late at night and sometimes in the wee hours of the morning trying to get things done. Usually I grab a cup of coffee or have a piece of chocolate to give me an energy boost. However, I have tried a new product that is sugar free, no calories, and does not have a "crash" effect. This product has natural ingredients Vitamin B6, B12, and E. It also contains caffeine.

You simply place a thin sheet on your tongue and it instantly dissolves. I have tried the Cinnamon Rush flavor sheets and while the taste has a nice Cinnamon flavor, the after taste was not the best. However, the sheet had me alert without a nervous jittery feeling that I sometimes get with coffee. When I "Take A Sheet", I am able to get so much done and still fall to sleep with ease.
